What Is Behind It?

Miljögiraff’s EPD tools are based on SimaPro Synergy and the libraries of LCI data, such as ecoinvent, that are available in SimaPro Synergy. Since 1990, the desktop version, SimaPro Craft, has been a market-leading LCA software. SimaPro Synergy is a cloud-based version launched in 2024. It is an API solution designed to better integrate LCA functionality into other software, thereby opening the door to solutions such as EPD tools.
